I dont knoow about anyone else, but for me sports should be played with friends and just for fun. I dont go in for this whole competition thing, and I especially hate playing infront of people.
I get togather about once a week with about 4-5 other guys and we play about 8 twelve point games. Its all cool. When we get tired we quit; no competition, no spectators, all fun.
Now dont get me wrong, I do watch basketball on tv. But I dont know who anybody is, where they came from, how many steps they make a minute, and frankly I dont care. My veiw of how sports should be is like in the movie "The Sandlot", or as my 3 year old cousin calls it "My Bene Wideo", where the kids dont keep score, they just play for playings sake.
If the strong fail, the weak must stand in their stead.
