Well everybody, I figured I should put in my last post of this year.
The new year is just a short while away, but (yaaaaaaauuuuuuhhhhhnnnnn) I think I'll enjoy passing into the new year from the warmth of my bed.
We just got home from a newyears program at the local church, the other people are going to be there well into the new year but fortunately we escaped before their controll over our minds was complete. It was mostly a bunch of singing and little speeches and stuff. Ahh well, I'm tired and ready to lay down in bed and listen to a little more of "Out of the Silent Planet" on my Ipod. Then I'll roll over, say "happy new years" quietly to myself, and let my mind dissapear into the absolutely crammed nothingness that is dreaming.
Well, the fat lady has almost sung on my conciousness. Oh, my little sister insists that I say that she got to exchange presents withkids in her sundayschool class. I dont know why she wanted me to say that but I figure I should humor her a little.
Ok, Good night Happy new years! May God bless us in it.

Funny
I created this blog but whats funny is I'm alwase woundering who in their right mind would read it. Why on earth would anyone just pop up and say "OOo a blog by someone who claims to be a missionary kid, I think I'll read it". It just never works that way.
I've seen what some bloggers do to get hits on their sites, they put up a post with nothing but terms that are frequently searched on google or dogpile. I cant belive that that works very well, but hey! Some moron will probably click on it at least once a day!
I only know of like five people who have seen this blog, and I dont know if any of them have come back to read any more. But who cares? I'll just keep typing untill my fingers go blue and then I'll type some more. Y? Cuz I gotta!

New Years
Well, New Years is day after tomorow!
My family had somthing that we liked to do and have done for the past few years, but wount be able to do this year due to an obligation that we have sunday morning.
We would all pile into the car at about 4 AM and drive out to the East-most point on the island, then we would stand in the dark, listening to the waves crash on the rocks, and watch the sun rise on the first day of the new year.
Here's a picture of me during one such outing with the sun of the new year shineing under my arm:

I'm kinda sad that we wount get to go this year, it was always a cool experience in the past.

Thousand Foot Krutch
Have you ever felt abandoned
Felt so lost that you were stranded
Just like all the walls were closing in
And you were stuck inside
Have you ever felt like your days were numbered
Stuck under a tree in thunder
Seems to be no way out
But there is one when in doubt
I didn't write this, it's part of the lyrics from a Thousand Foot Krutch song called "When in Doubt". Their music is awsome, check out their albums: Phenomenon, Set It Off, Art Of Breaking.

Firefox
Since I've been posting alot about what I like I might as well say that I also use the Firefox web browser.
Firefox is great, plus it dosnt have that image problem that Internet Explorer has that lets hacckers have access to you coputer through a gap in the code. And you can outfit Firfox with all kinds of stuff like new skins to make it look diferent and extensions and stuff.
Like I got an extension that makes it so that all you windows are turned into one window with tabs under your book marks bar. That way my screen dosnt get as cluttered as it used to when i use Explorer or Safari. And for those of you who blog with this site you can get an extension so that you can right click and get a thing in the right-click menu that says "blog this" and it pops up a window so you can write a post without having to go to blogger.com. Cool huh?
Got to go eat.

I love my Ipod
Ipod's are awsome!
Sony and whatever can make thier imitations of it but it will alwase be better and cooler. I got mine last summer after I left my uncle's farm with a wopping 900 dollar paycheck. I havent ever regretted buying it. I got the 20 gigabyte one because I figured I could never use all of the 60 gig one. That one is the size of the harddrive in my computer! any ways I have 17 hours or music on my Ipod and still have 18.7 gigs free, so if I wanted to I could put like 3 days and a few houres on it.
I have an audio book on it that I'm listening to too. It's by C.S. Lewis, first book in his "space trilogy". Great story as I remember, I was like 5 the first time I heard it.
Also, my ipod has solitare on it! How cool is that? =P
